We are looking for an experienced Engineer in HVAC for our team in Brussels

Fonction
• Lead, motivate and manage a project team of multi-disciplinary engineers and draftsmen for the projects (teams consisting of structural, Mechanical Electrical Plumbing, acoustical, etc. engineers depending on the project).
• Depending on the scale of the project you are also in charge as the lead engineer HVAC on your projects.
• Responsible for ensuring that the budget, the timing and the quality of our engineering services and the works on site is executed as required. Make sure that the assigned projects will be executed in accordance to our quality system and our H&S rules.
• Manage the financial aspect of the projects.
• Report progress for all the projects on a monthly basis.
• Participate as the lead engineer HVAC of the projects with emphasis on conceptual competences;
• Enhance an integrated design process by looking transversally over the different disciplines involved.
• Prepare and submit tenders and contracts (with assistance of our sales team).
• Work together with external partners (such as architects, other design and engineering consultancies, subcontractors, contractors during the construction phase, etc.) in a constructive way.
• Together with the client search for the best solutions.

Qualified Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering
At least 10 years of relevant technical design experience in Belgium
Experience in applying the relevant design codes and guidelines for the mechanical design of building installations
Experience with delivering a high quality product within time and budget
Language: FR or NL + Eng.
Excellent communication skills
Quality driven and operate in a customer-focused way
Team player; dynamic, precise and creative.
